    me personally, if i get into a fight i don't waste time on throwing punches or wrestling... i'll go straight for your throat... i'm crushing your windpipe, end of story. There's no point in fighting in the first place, so if someone is dumb enough to try to jump at me, fine, they deserve the risk of dying in the process.

    I would have been more likely to deploy a shin kick. Not as deadly as a throat strike(being Martial Artist, could cause us reprecushions with the law and explaining that we are trained in combat), but damaging nonetheless. Powerful and well placed, the guy wouldn't bother getting back up after a shin kit. I would rather give him something to remember days later, then to immediately take his life. Kinda like this saying...

    "Graze my skin...I Bruise your skin.
    Bruise my skin...I fracture your bones.
    Fracture my bones...I take your life."

    yeah, very true... i think my biggest problem is dealing with the spawned attitude that I have gained by the increasing idiocy of people... I indeed know the risks involved in taking such drastic action... I think my discipline is slipping, lol... I dunno... a shin kick is always a nice parting gift for any fight... and there of course is always plenty of other places to strike that are not lethal... but hell... its just ridiculous - part of me still believes the world is too tolerant where natural selection is concerned... hehe *shrug* given this fight, I probably would have planned it out... but just the random jump, I have this real issue with it, always have... but then again, if they don't find the body what's the harm? *cough* hehe jk.. :)
