Kind of funny how the thing sold for exactly $2500...Then shipping was extra...You can get them for $2500 free shipping.

well......maybe i'm next, i just ordered mine today...

I originally ordered one around christmas, but cancelled before it shipped, SOMETHING held me back. BUT now, i just couldnt take it anymore....so blk03corolla hopefully ill be talkin to you a lot in the next few months..since ive got a stick too, and youve done a lot of testing/tweaking with a lotta stuff....one quick question, evvvverybody knows that trd says not to put on the cai, but you and a few matrixowners.com guys are running it, and so was aesc, i was just wondering if you guys knew exactly! why trd said not to use it. just a/f ratio problems which can be fixed by tuning..orsomethjing about the cat..etc, i dunno....because it most definetely sounds much to wicked to not put it on there

Well from what I heard they set the air/fuel ratio on the trd piggyback very rich to prevent burning out the cat. But yea the reason they say not to use the CAI is because of the air/fuel ratio getting screwed up. I think its kinda bs the only thing to be careful of is the gas you are using. Where do you live at. What octane can you get? If you can get the unichip do it because it is an awesome upgrade. I mean with exhaust, intake, chip, supercharger im at 212 to the flywheel. Once I get the water injection done and the full exhaust setup im hoping for around 250 the the flywheel.

hmmm, i see, and i'm in maryland right now. I can get 93 here. So 212 to the flywheel, that's pretty sweet, i'm sure it feels badass, the only thing is i'm sure traction in 1st at anything close to WOT is pretty bad, eh? Also, I've been following all the unichip discussions at matrixowners.com, but it kinda escapes me on how the unichip is better than say a greddy e-manage...can you tell me any reasons why?

well for one the amount of points that the unichip can control timing and air/fuel surpass all the other units. They also have maps premade for your car with specific mods thanks to me. Just a great chip and it is also plug and play!

...bzzsan do you think you'll have the TRD SC on in time for the Seneca Park meet in April? If so I would really like to see it in action.
