    upgrade: auto-tranny

    does any one know if it is possible to upgrade and automatic tranny?
    upgrade as in, modifying it someway/somehow.

    Ask RollaRyder he has an upgraded AT tranny that he has up for grabs. You can either buy that one or ask him where he got the parts to upgrade it

    hey i bought the transgo kit for $100 and found a shop who installs it for another $100....but i wanna know if my tranny should be able to withstand my turbo and 10psi???

    its a shift kit... do a search on yahoo and ull find more bout it.

    i dont kno if tranny shops carry it... i havent spoke to transgo for a while.

    What parts of the auto tranny is weak?.I know that the tourque converter can be upgraded but is there anything else that can be?

    it is just the design of the tranny that makes it weak.

    don't forget to use performance transmission fluid.
