Xenon bulbs in lieu of silverstars?

I currently have the silverstars in and I like them, they are brighter than stock.

I want brighter. I was thinking of Xenon bulbs. Will they be brighter?
What brand does everyone recommend of xenons, preferably ones with fiberglass bases so they don't melt the wiring? What wattage should I get and which temperature rating? I heard if you get xenon's you might also need a relay, is that true?

    Thanks In Advance,
    Brian Weber

yea if you get the xenon look-a-like ones and they have a higher wattage, then u need to get the relay and change out your wiring so you dont burn the harness

don't waste your time on those bulbs...they'll look purple but thats about it...your silverstars will give u much better visability than those cheap things

if you want true xenon...your gonna have to shell out more then 12 bucks for some bulbs and a get a real HID kit

HID's are sweet, i love mine, even those xenon bulbs arent a match, just save the $$$ and get a HID kit that has a rebased capsule on it, definitely worth every penny you spend on it

hey art how do you get your pic of the beam on the road to come out so well, any particular type of road, i mean ashpalt or cememt, cuz mine looks dim in the pic but awesome in person, also the camera for some reason shoots the color a little more to the yellow side eventhough when you look directly at the lamp, its white. got any suggestions, IM me if you do.

Those HID are awesome. Just wondering what kit you guys used? I seen some HID conversion kits on Ebay, and wanted some advice as which one to get? How hard was it to install, and what about the Daytime running lights? What else would I need to get for the kit? Would I need the DRL disable kit to run the HID conversion? Sorry so much questions, but I really want one of these kits. Any info would help. Thanks!
