List of things that you did to your Rolla. No, I am not talking about those expensive modifications. I am talking about small stuff that made you go..."COOL!"

For example, painting your brake calipers.

Any accessories bought from auto part stores.

This is going to be my next project.

Hey, according to DIY in this forum, they suggested using those plastic fastner to hold it up. I don't know if this will work because my car is silver and those fastner only comes in white or black color. Any suggestion?

It's easy! I did mine way back when before anyone posted on it. I'm redoing mine in December though when I get my Atlis grill so I can match it.

Either that or buy some silver paint. Since it's only mesh, don't worry about it matching your car. I will probably do the same.

My car is black so i just bought the black plastic ties...looks good though. I am getting a JDM Grill, so when that comes i am going to put the same mesh i used in the lower grill in the JDM grill, instead of the black mesh that comes with it. This is going to sound funny but i will have a pic posted in about a month

drivinfury I used gutter guard for as mesh for my altis grill as well as my lower grill. I have a black rolla (s) I spray painted them Black, It looks real nice. It's tough to see the mesh on the lower grill. I was thinking of spraying them both chrome but I think I might just keep it black. What do you think I should do? Or what we should do haha

Eyelids on my ride. Sylvania silverstar lights and blue turn signal bulbs. And moved the licence plate in the front up to center it on the bumper. All priced cheap. :)

FasteddieTRD i used gutter guard also :D I am going to leave them both the original color. I also have a crome looking license plate holder in the front that matches. In the future i will be getting the Toyota symbol "(T)" in blue for the front and back. I am going to attach one to the mesh in the grill (somehow...probably with some good glue). Glad to help a fellow corolla owner :D

I want to remove my front license plate, but I am wondering if it is illegal?
My friend has been driving without one for over 4 years and he never got pulled over.

It depends on your state law. In most states, the front license plate is required.

Well...in Cali...if you were given two, then one must go in the front as well. A cop won't simply pull you over for not having one, but if you get pulled you over for some other reason and he/she wants to be a dick about it when seeing you have no license plate in the front, then s/he'll give you a ticket for that.

I got pulled over for not having my front plate but the cop was cool about it and he just told me that next time he sees me i better have the front plate on. I live in Wyoming. But the only part that pisses me of is that I see people all the time driving arround without front plates, and I have to get pulled over for it.

I had a little parking lot accident and had a new bumper installed and it was not drilled with liscence holes, and i liked the clean look so i bought 4 suction cups and stuck the licsense in the front window. no complaints yet. and it doesn't slide around, scratching the hell out of my dash.
