Tnx for the answer. I actually own a 90 Geo Prizm, that's how I found that auction. Have a big crack in the dash, filled it with silicone so you can't see the padding underneath it anymore but it still looks bad. Was thinking this may hide it. Oh well, back the drawing board!

If you really want to fix the problem, I think there are places that specialize in injection re-molding (mostly for older 911's). If you contact one of these places, I'm sure they'd be able to tell you what the LT fix would be.

As for the name? Can't remember, but if you search thru the European car archives, you might be able to find it.

U have any idea what my wife would do to me if I brought my "winter beater car" to a EuroSport palace and had my dash redone????

Lemme give ya a hint....passing on my family genes would no longer be a possibility....

haha i bet, the only problem J with that stuff is that, you have to clean the surface really well, inorder to get it to stick even a little bit of oily residue will make it not stick or bubble up, and after a while, it starts peeling, it may be worth a shot if you are willing to do it.

You think it is worth the price about $18?
How long does it take before it peels?

well i spent 5 bux on paint to paint my interior right, but in 03ToyMan's case, its not paintable, there is actual visible damage that wont go away so he will have to mask it. in that case it may work, mine started to show signs of use after 3 weeks of using it, and it never turned out good in the first place that is the reason why i dont have any pictures of it to show you guys, i had a lot og bubbles left in to. so i just got rid of it and painted it.

So I did some research and found this one for sale in an auction website.

It looked really sweet! So I asked the seller how it's done, and he told me first applying the carbon fiber material and put a clear coat. He didn't know how to do exactly, well maybe he's just a salesman or maybe he didn't want to tell me. But anyway, I think it's doable. Just spray a layer or two clear shine after putting those vinyl. That way the vinyl won't peel that fast..........well I hope not.

umm, NO. i had it on in the summer and the vinyl started to shrink when parked outside causing it to leave major glue residue, so i had a real pain in ass time cleaning off the glue off all the parts, lots of goo gone and tooth brush to get around the corners.
