    Dash Kits

Okay, this is kinda a post for opinions on a few that I've scoped out. I have a www.woodtrim.com real CF dash kit on my Sentra, and it's not too bad. There's two that I want you guys to check out and see what you guys think:

These two are "Genuine" Toyota ones. I've never seen anyone with these at all.
    http://store.yahoo.com/brandsportinc/toy-pts02-02023.html

    http://store.yahoo.com/brandsportinc/toy-pts02-02024.html

Or something from one of these three places.

What I'm seeing from the threads I have read here are some people think that the kits are tacky. I'm in agreeance with a few of them, but which ones, or all of them? I think the best bet for a really clean and "looks like it belongs there" look is to go with the Genuine Toyota kits for more. Anyone have any pics of it installed? I just wanted to see them before dropping the money on something like this for my fiance. :)

I just got back from the dealer (time for an oil change again) and one of the mechanics was installing a dash kit in an S. It looked pretty damn good to me.

Hey bro go to a dealer and try and find an 04 S with the cf interior... Most people have varrying opinions... People who bought the aluminum dash dont seem to like it too much... I was thinking abt jus painting the panels silver or covering they with some CF wrap from WalMart :-D...

I think you should try to either switch out the interior with an S model or paint your interior. None of the dask kits would look that good on a tan interior. Wood doesn't do it for me, and that's the closest match... :(

    I drive a 2000 Sentra. Looks new, doesn't it? :D

Thanks for the pic man. I'm a huge fan of the B&I kits out there (www.carxccessory.com). I just installed one on a 2002 Civic. Fit was perfect and it looked like the interior came like that from the factory. :)

I like the acculaser one since it's molded and not a flat kit

Good point man. I was pretty impressed about the fitment of this B&I kit. I mean, it was really thin and on there. It didn't look gaudy. Wish this acculaser kit had more pieces.

It would definitely cost parts. I'm sure you can do it yourself.. It might be a PITA, but it would be worth it than to have someone else do it.

So do we replace the dash kit completely or just put the Acculaser Kit on top of the stock dash kit?

Also I notice they don't have three covers under the the A/C buttoms. Isn't that weird?

yea i think thats what Mr SEntra was talkin about, if those pieces were there this would be a nice complete kit. It looks like the pieces might replace the originals, correct me if i'm wrong. i think thats why the three pieces under the ac button arent included. thats just a shot in the dark, correct wats wrong

I think the Acculaser Kit is just like the other dash kits that have 3M sticker on the back and you just put them on top of the original dash. You could see the back of the dash kits when you click "NO PREP NO SWEAT INSTALLATION" link on the left menu.
