save your self the chance of destroying them, not being able to reseal well and other issues and just buy them, they are 178 from the parts database and 140 on ebay. its much easier unless u wanna go a custom color....

there wouldnt be any other way of getting paint in the inside of the housing w/o breaking them apart. it can be done, and many people do it w/ lots of cars..... but how much do you really wanna risk breaking your headlight housing? spend the money and get 'em made. it's more money spent, but its easier and you know it's done.

well, there really isnt, cuz if u spill paint in there, u will paint it for sure, but u will also cover the lense, the reflectors and everything else. breaking it open is the only way....

Achint I think hes tryin to say what u said, that u NEED to open the headlights... Ive done it on a Civic and an Accord, I plan to do it after summer skool... Phoinex on here did it and turned out sweet... BUT with dropping prices of the blackheadlights, might as well buy em instead...
