    Did you know that toyota is a place where labor and parts are not cheap?
    - Fog lights - $ 225.00 for ONE. ($450.00 a pair) not including wires and labor
    - Labor
    - another $260.00. :shock:

    Have these people gone madd?

    Probably the number one reason is that car owners are finding better places to modify their car. As for the dealer, theyre just making as much money as possible with the least amount of work, probably from all the rich people who doesnt car what they spend.

    not bad ... eh? did you just find that out now? i don't buy anything at the dealers unless it's a really good deal ... they warrant it ... or i can't get it anywhere else...

    450 for fogs aren't bad ... the acura dealer wanted about 650 for the fogs on the tsx... damn... i bet installs run higher also

    u can but the whole kit for 98 bux at rsversion.com it comes with the wiring, switch and all that stuff.

    If you think that the price of installation is nuts, listen to this.

    Recently the TRD CAI was just approved to be used on our car. The price of the product was resonable but the installation was going to be $150. For a max of a 30 min job, 150 was out of the question. I told the guy that I am not going to pay it and was refusing to purchase the product. He the offerd me to install it for $50.

    When getting service done at the dealer, keep in mind that they charge $75 an hour for service. So if a job is going to take 3 hours, labor should not exceed $225. If you don't like the price don't buy if and go somewhere else.
