    Leather Seat Cover Kit

Does anyone out there know anything about those aftermarket leather seat kits? I have a 2004 Corolla S which does not come the the option of having leather. Do the leather kits look any close to stock leather when installed right?

I have seen these kits on WRX's. If you install them right (or have them installed) They look facotry. got to http://leatherseats.com you can get any color scheme, full set with headrests and all for about $650. Seems to be pretty high quality. You can also have logos (whatever) embroidered in the seat for a little extra. I am planning on doing black/red 8) leather in my 03 rolla S. The leather looks pimp.

im going to get vinyle done for my car. A guy here can do it for me for $500 cdn. thats the whole thing front and back. I think I will be getting black, or charcoal color with silvery strips in the middle.

I want my company name embroidered on the back too.

hey they came back! I was looking at one of those sets for my rolla in black. Mabey I should get that.

You need that special upolstery clamper tool to put it on. I am told it has a learning curve. Good thing my cousin works for toyota and said he could put it on on his lunch break for $20!

I doubt he can do it in 30 mins.. . On avg it takes a professional car shop 3-5 hours to install... 30 mins is for like slip overs.. BUt changing the entire upholestry takes atleast a couple of hours..

I have no idea....this person who sold his, he is from South America (dont remember which country). All I can suggest is that you keep an eye on ebay.

I can strip the existing skins off myself. After that its less than 1 hour work for a guy that does it all the time. Once the original skin is off its almost the same as putting on a seat cover. You just need to do the ring clamp things at the bottom.

Never done it myself, but my cousin said he could do it in about 1 hour.

there ar about 10 things I want to do to myu car right now, and unless I inherit $50,000 my interior of my car is not high on the list.

    My mod list order is

    E-Turbo - Going on in about 1 - 2 weeks
Tail lights - sometime this summer
Coilovers - May happen before the tails but not long after
Rims - most likely will wait till next summer for those. I am going to put winter tires on the stock rims, that will force me to put nice rims on after winter next year
leather/vinyl seat job - this will happen whenever. Its the highest on my wifes list of things to put in the car, but now I need things that will make ppl look at it.

    Re: Leather Seat Cover Kit

Go to karzkins.com if you are serious about it. It will cost you arround 700, but it is the highest quality you can get. One of my bud got the kit from them and they look better than stock leather seat.
