Window tint....but which one??

i'm trying to get window tint but i don't know which one i have to choose...-___-;;

i don't want it too dark or too light...

which one do you prefer????

go with 20% that is the best color

I just got 35% all around and love it. Good medium tint. Not too dark, but not too light. Atleast that's my taste. Check my cardomain for pics.

Music? I dont hear any music. But i think 30% is good all arround, cept the windshield. But check on the laws in your state, that might also help you decide :wink: lol

I'm planning 35% for the rear windows and my province law only permits me 70% on the front ones, so I'll get 70% or maybe 55-60% on the front.

35% tint should be good enough for that effect that u want 8)

i hope there ain't no "po-po" readin this but i say heck with the "legal %" and do what you want. i sport 2 1/2% blue/silver fade!

Are you serious? 2.5%, crap, you could hardly see out of that. I wanted to get the silver reflective kind of tint but it appears to be illeagle in WY and its a small town and the cops already dont like me that much so im not gona push my luck. The leagl limit in WY is 28% on all but the windsheild, which they only a 5" strip across the top, so im thinkin ill go with about 28 or 30%. I dont really like the 'its so black the car dosnt even look like it has windows' look, unless ofcourse its the reflective kind. I just want something you can still see through a little from the outside, but u just kind of have to look a little harder, not like no tint where you can just glance at the car and see right in it.

I got 3M film 35% mirror tint. The reason I got mirror tint is because mirror tint is harder to see through from outside to inside than regular black tint. 35% mirror tint looks like 25% black tint at night. I used to have 25% mirror tint years ago, and I couldn't see through (from outside) at all at night. 35% mirror is just perfect for me.

I'm right with you, Akira! I love dark tinting!! I have 5% limo tint all the way around, and a strip on my front windshield. I couldn't have made a better choice! It really sets the car off, and I love people not being able to see in. Mine's indigo ink just like yours, and it makes a big difference in appearance to me. ~KeLLi
