You can buy projectors from Hella and retrofit them in your housing. I got a set off of a Bimmer that I'm considering installing to complement the HIDs (real ones  )

How's the output so far? I used to use xenon filled bulbs on my last car, but ended up changing them every 3 months :( .

I saw an add for projectors in last months issue (i think) or Sport Compact Car, or maby Super Street. It was in the '4 Car Option' add, which i think is the old RSVersion adds. but the 4 car option site isnt up yet and they dont have them on the RSVersion site. But i am positive there are 03 corolla projectors out, the hard part will be finding them for a while. But im also gona wait and get projectors instead of the JDM black housing. I think the projectors look much better with the black plastic on the outside instead of on the inside and then being covered by clear plactic. If you know what i mean.

I agree with you TRO. I'd rather have quality projectors than those black JDM things. So which magazine can I see an ad for them?

you do realize that most after market projectors are using foglight projectors for the lowbeam? that results in poor visibility at night(which happened to 93-97 corolla owners w/ their projectors) the visability was described as good as strapping acouple of flash lights to your hood...the projectors that i seen in sports compact ad...they were no-name projectors...maybe RS-type so i doubt that the quality will be good

I just got some headlights from TYC and they have no plans for projectors as of now, fyi TYC does make quality projectors for cars...i remember reading in a brochure that they(TYC/genera) bashed they're competition for using foglight projectors

The projectors were in the 4 Car Option add. So i imagine any mag with that same add would have them in it. I imagine they are just RS Version brand, so Zero is right, they would be cheap and crapy, i never even thought of that point, thanks Zero. So now i gues ill have to wait untill some higher quality projectors come out, if that ever happens.

I just like the look of the projectors better, just two small headlights. I think the JDM's would look better if the outer plastic was finished in a flat black. Because when your at an angle and there is glare from light, all you see is a reflection of something else, and they dont even look black. Thats why those porjectors would be cool is cuz they would look black from any angle because the black plastic is on the outside, not covered by shiney reflective plastic like the JDM's. But i still think the JDM's look nice, i would just prefer to put my money on some good projectors, i like that look better.

I dont think they look that bad, its a small pic so you cant really judge it too much, but thats the same add i saw. I wonder if one of the small blinker side lights is for a city light, thats the only reason i can think its there. that would be kinda cool a city light in the top and the blinker in the bottom. But if the city light came on whenever the parks or full lights were on it would kind of be gay, just make it like the DRL's do you have a small light on in the day time.

    ok enough blabble
