    Hi guys i am a big toyota fan and a TRD guy,i ran across this site searching around and found this great site.so here is a few modifications i had made so far on my 08 sequoia.enjoy the pics...

    JspeXAE102,that airbox is part of the TRD CAI kit for the 5.7L.tundra and sequoia.

    Oh snap? Lol, I've had a V-8 on here for years. :p

    Welcome aboard, nice to see a new gen of the Tundra/Sequioa!

    How are you liking the 5.7? As fuel efficient as they claim? I test drove a Tundra with the TRD Dual Exhaust and for driving up a steep mountain side in 4th gear, fuel didn't seem to drag off, like it does in 3rd gear on my 4.7 with the 33's. (Burned 1/8th of a tank of fuel on a 40 mile trip last night. :D )

    DeebsTundra,the new 5.7L is powerful:) and with the TRD CAI i am averaging 19.2MPG sometimes a little bit better,not bad...

    I love that tranny. I'd kill for one in my truck. The difference between 3rd and 4th gear is sometimes too much. 4th isn't enough, 3rd is too much. Need that happy space in between.

    Corolla DX-R,yes i am planning to put a a TRD S/C but in a couple of weeks i will be putting in the 22in.TRD forged rims and the TRD big brake kits.I need stopping power for those S/C because after all my family needs to be safe at the same time.:)

    what kind of real world mileage are you getting and is the third row easy to get in and out of? would adults be comfortable back there for drives around an 2-3 hours or is it mainly for kids? i can't decide between the sequoia or q7 since the third row i the 4runner is small.

    i know this is old, but maybe the guy is still around.

    i am looking at a used 08-09 q7 or sequoia. want a third row and i don't want to re-buy another 4Runner which i almost did. i will go used on the next car since certified preowned gets a longer warranty and it's cheaper.
