Is that a generic sway bar, cause it really doesn't say that its for a Corolla. What is the model number for the 20mm adjustable one??

That's the right one for the 93-02 Corolla and the one I ordered. Part number #BTR71. The other swaybars are DISCONTINUED.

He swapped in a new 1zz, I think from a 2004 Corolla. Apparently its quite a bit better than the ones in the 00-02

Yeah, I don't know if bigger is better. I went with the 18MM since I did not upgrade the front swaybar, I did not want to go overboard. I think the front is 20MM stock. Then again 18MM to 20MM is really not that much of a difference compared to the stock 14MM.

Yep. Sounds meaner, higher redline, more power, more MPG, VVT-i, no more oil burning, no more ticking/shaking at idle.

Well, I wasn't really thinking that bigger is better, more of the fact that its adjustable. I think the adjustability makes it worth it.

And now that I know I'm burning oil, the switch to a newer 1zz is my plan once my engine needs to be replaced.

i hate to try and high jack this thread, but what all did you have to switch over to make it work? are you running an 04 engine harness to make it work, or did it work with the factory harness, and just using an 04 ECU

Question on the 18mm vs the 20mm adjustable. Is there any real difference in performance. I can get the 18mm for 142 shipped and the 20mm is going to be a little over 210 shipped.

I smell a group buy. Seriously, I want a rear swaybar, too, so let's get serious and find a vendor to do a group buy for us.
