    here you have it folks. I do NOT recommend anybody doing this because it's so difficult. It has taken me many hours because the circuit board was so cheap it flaked apart so I had to use wire jumpers and other tricks to solder the circuit together. Looking at 5+ hours of labor to do this mod.

    so now I have red hvac controls, red clock, red cig lighter ring, red gauges.. it's all red! hehe
