replace strut assemblies

    Wouldnt it be cheaper if you get them separate? at autopartswarehouse.com, KYB strut assembly are 100 a piece and a set of Intrax coil lowering springs are 300. Just a thought...

    They have all 4 on ebay for about $260, thats probably the best bet

    yah i saw the ones on ebay but with all the counterfit stuff going around i didnt want to chance it. also i didnt want to lower them cause then the back would rub even more because i have the wrong tire size on there. if i was to get the kyb struts would they sink as much as the oem ones do now. once u put 2 people back there im bottoming out

    I got mine on ebay and they look legit, I used to have a VW with KYBs, but I wouldn't know how to tell the difference. But when there are 2 people in the back, it feels like its lower(because it feels really stiff when I hit a bump, like it did before I replaced the struts, but not as much), but I don't have anything in my trunk. I know Vamp did a spacer to lift his rear, but I don't remember if it was something he bought or if it was something he had custom made.

    yah i know what ur talking about its such a lower ride when theres stuff in the back i feel like the back is bottoming out and i dont like that at all. idk i have to talk to my dad and my mechanic to maybe see if he can do it. or maybe get my old high school do it for free:D just have to buy the parts
