They may be rare, but they're pieces of rebadged crap. Kumho tires are garbage as well. Those lug nuts are cheap. Spline drive FTL. Not worth 690. More like 300 shipped. LOL :D

Possibly the worst purchase I have ever made performance wise. These things are mad heavy for 16s! Oh and btw hes got the wrong size tires on there so you will need new tires anyways. You need 205/45/16 for 16" rims on our cars.

The seller is a moron. He did no research when mounting new tires to try to match the stock size.

They may last long, but the lateral grip sucks.

well i don't go 'touging' or autocrossing, as well. as of right now, it is a means of getting from point A to point B.

with that said, i need to replace them this fall. I was thinking of trying out yokohama s.drive tires. anyone ever tried them?

If you want a good performance oriented tire for cheap, get Falken Ziex's.

Read my post up above? He will need new tires or else he will rub lowered or stock height. 50 profile is too big for our cars if your running 16s. You need a 45 profile tire. Thats what TRD recommends too. I have a sticker that came with TRD wheels that shows proper tire size as well as max pressure in tires.

hmmm...interesting  Well on top of rubbing issues, it will throw off the speedometer as well as the odometer.

you can get those calibrated at a dealership...i think even scangauge2 will do it for you...

edit: it will recalibrate the display on scangauge not on your dash gauges. but it will only be off by like 3mph at 60 or something...

You mean Azenis.... Ziex's last time I checked were all seasons.

My buddy has 912s on his car and they lock up too easily under moderate braking.

Get Ziex if you're cheap. Get Azenis if you're still cheap but have a little more money to spare for performance. LOL :D I'm getting the Azenis next. The sidewall on those things are super thick and tough. You can run them somewhat flat I've heard with no side effects. The tire flex in the corners is reduced dramatically.

    +1

They are more quiet than my previous ones too. Also, they are not too soft nor too hard... I do some nasty turns but the tires hold up more than my suspension does so they are decent for me...
