    What kind of plugs? (spark)

Well I cleaned my engine with sea-foam the other day, and it all went well. However after 2 tanks of gas (yes 2 full tanks in under a week) it's ideling a little rough still (thought before that it was just the sea foam burning off).
So I checked my plugs (which were cleaned just days before) and they are completely glazed over, full of crap and the edges covered in carbon

So now I am going to go pick some up. What is everyone's suggestion for plugs (1996 1.6L)
These were bosch platinum, worked pretty good.

1.6L. Im not worried about size or anything, that I can look up when I get there.
Just what type (platinum, normal champs, iridium etc/etc)
What does everyone else use/suggest. Anything (like bosch 4+ platinums) to avoid.

Bosch platinums are crap. Denso or NGK all the way!

I have a set of NGK Iridiums lying around since my car was wrecked. If you had a 1.8 You could buy mine, but I think plugs are different between the 4a / 7a-fe right?

I'm trying out a set of NGK G-power (or it might be V-power, not sure). They're platinums, like bosch, but the electrode stick out from the ceramic instead, and thin like the iridiums.
