Tokico's are better suited to lowering springs because they're firmer... KYB's are more of an OEM replacement strut

I just had my tokicos put in few weeks back paired with TRD Springs. Couldn't be any more happier, but the best part of it all, THEY'RE BLUE!!!! lol. but they really do ride nice, I thought I would be breaking my back because I know they are really stiff, but the ride isn't that bad even with the many potholes we have here.

i've experienced the opposite. tokico with lowered or stiff springs makes them blow more quickly. with stock springs or something similar, they are awesome. Plus Tokico struts will lower the car an inch already too.

So my recommendation is if you keep OEM springs, go with tokico but if you are planning on or will change the springs, KYB might be better.. just my 2 cents.

    Thats my line!

OH well, yes they are BLUE and they are CoOOOOoooOOooL. I loved my Tokico's while I had them...
