new factory prizm calipers on a corolla?

Since the prizm is basically a corolla could you put prizm calipers on a corolla? Reason I'm asking is because brand new oem prizm calipers are cheaper than the corolla ones. I didnt know if maybe there might be some differences.

I don't think there are any diffrences, but minor design wise if the caliper itself. I think they are stronger on the corolla.

Correct. The corolla calipers are stronger and have a slight design difference. They *should* transplant over though, if you're seriously scrapping for cash.

Look at is this way the
Corolla = Lexus more refined quiter and softer suspension and better handling.
Prizm = Toyota the workhorse that still gets around but with less of the luxury.
Yes you can interchange some part of the coroll and prizm but to a point.
(Toyota did everything toyota, and Chevrolet took that and did their own suspension,A/C, and minor styling differences. thats about it. thats why the prizm was cheaper than the corolla.) Dealer told me this. Also is because the prizm is considered the american version and the corolla is the full japanese version.
