intake problem

    intake problem

    I brought an aftermarket intake for my 2008 corolla and I installed it but then when i cranked my car it would shut right back off. So what would be the problem and what can I do about it?

    make sure your maf sensor is plugged in right

    thats the sensor on the air box right?

    there is no airbox anymore. you installed an aftermarket intake.

    yeah the sensor was on the airbox.

    yeah cause i had the put the stock one back in so i could go to work in the morning.

    I told you it might be a mass air flow sensor or a idle air control valve I had a similiar problem with a vehicle I owned.... The onlyt way to know is replace.... :)
