wonder who's fighting the bill.. some ******* (kid) with a 1993 mazda b2000?

no real issues with the word used, however - it could lead to some rather nasty issues. please be considerate of the possibility that some folks find offense in these things.

Yeah, I dont' see what the problem is. I mean, you have spinners that are physically bolted to the car, then you have spinner hubcaps, which are pressed on. It's pretty understandable that the spinner hubcaps would fall off, or break off.

Besides, spinner hubcaps DEFINE what rice is.

ah I see well I think they should be banned... I've seen them fly off of cars or just break off but yeah but the spin techs can be cool if on the right car

hubcaps or actual spinner rims? Because I've seen a newsreport where the reporter kept refering to actual rims with a attached spinner as "hubcaps." The way I see it a spinning piece of metal on a rim is more dangerous that a spinning piece of plastic on a hubcap. But both are equally tacky.

My hubcaps used to be spinners before I took them apart and got rid of the spinners  I don't see why spinner hubcaps would fly off more than hubacps that don't spin. The spinner is part of the hubcap. There is no danger to them. The New York government must be bored, or anti-rice :D As long as spinner hubcaps don't find their way onto the taxis in New York City!!! :D

the force that causes it to spin can be strong enough to propel the full hubcap off the wheel.

That's interesting, cause most of the spinners I see don't even spin  although, of course, mine did :D

Spinner hubcap is tight. I would get a set if my XRS didnt come with alloy wheels stock.
