    Classic Movies you should watch

Im a movie freak....love to watch movies. Jaws and Rocky....mid 70s. Everyone has seen those movies, but many dont know about the other great movies from the 70s.

Some movies that I would suggest you all watch....classics:

Raging Bull 1980 - Great boxing movie....just great. Martin Scorcese directed as well. Deniro was awesome in this movie.

Taxi Driver (Martin Scorcese/Robert Deniro) 1976 This movie inspired Hinckley Jr to kill Reagan....as he wanted to impress Jodie Foster (who played a 12 year old hooker in the movie). This movie was also based on a true story....the assassination attempt on Wallace in the early 70s.

One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest 1975: Jack Nicholson was a genius in this movie.

The Shining: Another Nicholson great! Based on the book by Stephen King.....my all time favorite horror movie.

Easy Rider 1969- Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper......wow. Great movie....so trippy. Its a classic, but its weird.

Blazing Saddles-1974 HILARIOUS movie. Thats all I gotta say!
Young Frankenstein 1974 Another Mel Brooks movie....hilarious.

Others that I recommend: Apocalypse Now, Animal House, Silver Streak (Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor)

    Blood in, Blood out

And I've always liked Scarface. La Bamba seems to be a classic with some people.

It's a GREAT movie. Long. But just so well done.
