    Strut Bar Question

Well i now plan to put a strut bar on my 99 rolla, but have a question. does it matter if the brace that holds the bar have 2 or 3 holes in it. for example, the megan racing strut bar has only two holes while ive seen others with all three.

ps. in order to install a strut bar, do i have to jack up the front of the car? Or can i just take off the nuts with the car on the ground?

2 or 3 won't matter in these cars since we won't be doing anything hardcore enough to warrant the strength of 3. In fact, a strut bar hardly does anything to help. Sway bars would be a better investment. And yes, you can install them without lifting the car. Just make sure to torque the upper strut mount nuts to 29 ft/lbs.

Don't lift your car at all when you install the strut bar!!! Unless you want your front suspension fall off. :D

i have a 96, and a strut bar added on to it. i noticed immediately the difference it made in handling. definitely a very inexpensive and crucial upgrade.
