    [IMG][IMG]

they are for the 8th gen corollas only. 98-02.
i got my lip spoiler today, but i am not putting it on anytime soon. wanted to share the joy by creating replicas, i know someone that could do it...but i need at least 5 or 10 ppl i think.

the price range will probably be above $100, the material will be fiberglass. i'll keep u guys updated asap

Here are some pictures that I took. This is the original TRD Trunk Lip Spoiler Unpainted! I putted it on my car with some tape to show its form as well.

sorry, my mistake. both the trunk and the spoiler's length is about 45-45.5 inches depending where you are measuring (because there's curves when it moves towards the edge)

as u can see, the length of the spoiler fits perfectly with the length of the trunk

im telling you now that it's gonna be fiberglass, the material isnt as strong as poly.
    but it wont be 'crap'.

Carbon fiber is made in a similar process the way fiberglass is made. It uses resin and a mold, and then either hand laying(expensive) or a vacuum method(much cheaper high production). It would be more durable and light weight compared to fiberglass. It won't have to have a high quality finish as you can just paint over it.

    i'll have to see
fiberglass material is known to suck ]= but for a spoiler it should do, u dont have to worry about it cracking or anything like that much

but if CF is available to me, then we'll see what we can do.

i almost like that black look, of the TRD lip, on u'r car. But i think when its painted with the body, it has more value.

It'll look horrible unpainted. However, if you were to make carbon fiber replicas, you can use them as is.

this is bad. there sonly 4 potential buyers, and 1 of them isnt for sure. im not sure if this will be made possible. well, im planning to ask 'the guy' on thursday or saturday to see if this can be made possible.

keep checking back to this thread for updates guys.
and...try promoting this to get in more ppl, cuz if i need 10 buyers then by the looks of this, its not gonna work.
btw, thanks for the promotion t0rres16
