Finished pictures of my clean trunk setup.

Herb over at the Tint Shop (same place where Rev's shop) as well as members from Ishuez did an awesome job of putting together my box. Not only were they pretty organized about it, but they managed to keep all my tools organized and seperated from theirs, making clean up afterwards easy. Unfortunately, we ran out of black carpet and Wallmart and Target only had beige available at the time. Anyway, here's the pics. I'm off to bed now.

Man, I need one of these for my garage. It was all nice and toasty in the shop garage.

Goodbye spare tire. Here's the base board.

Add some carpet and floor spacers to give room for the wires.

    They installed all new wires.

The two amps fit perfectly. It was a pleasant surprise.

I relocated the battery to the passenger side.

Here's the faceplate for the new wall.

Here's the side showing the access door to the battery. My tool bag is behind the drivers side access door.

Voila! We still have to add a way to secure the doors shut. Right now, there's a piece of carpet holding it closed.

My 1 farad digital cap and SoundStream crossovers.

My Optima battery and the fuses for the amps.

    The amps underneath the subwoofer.

    Everything's finally carpetted.

The access door handle matches the subwoofer grill.

This is where my tool bag and other misc items go.

I can get the battery out from this door if need be.

I still have access to the side storage compartments.

Looks good, I like it. Isn't it hard to acces your amps if you want to change a setting though?

The amps are already set. Any further adjustments are made from the head unit.

Cost of material. I did them a favor, and they built me a box.

hey vamp, no offense but its not prettiest craftsmanship, i would've expected a better setup in you car and also that carpet at the ends of the box look way out of place and out of color. With that nice car vamp, u need a nice ass system to match. i like the idea of the doors tho but the entire box together just looks cheezy, Hope u dont take offense to this or think im flamin, just lettin u know wut i think, other than that, ur car is one of the best imo.

The carpet at the ends of the box is the stock trunk liner. I can't really do much with that at the moment. The coloring just looks really off in the pics, but better in person. Also, I don't want a flashy trunk setup like most people do, so this is most ideal for me.

i think it looks great...nothing flashy and still leaves some trunk space...

i usually don't like many things associated with Isshues (club rivalry) but they really did a good job with that.

It sounds great. Nice and clean sounding bass. There's some room for the amps to vent, but they barely even get warm as is. When it's warmer out, I'm going to add some vents and a fan, but right now, it's fine.
