It doesn't matter if it won't be considered as an exotic car because it isn't. It's a supercar and a class of it's own. The R35 will own anything that those companies can throw at it for a fraction of their cost. Who, other than someone with excessive money to burn, would overpay for an exotic car that's not as fast or as technologically advanced as the R35? I'm glad that it's not going to be considered an exotic. It should be underrated so that those with R35's can put those exotic owners in their place. LOL :D

I still want Prodrive's Subaru P2. I think it looks sexier than the GT-R, smaller and more maneuverable has ALS (Anti-Lag System) as well as ATD (Active Torque Dynamics) and "makes a funny little sound in the wastegate...yup its a squirrel mincer"

Man, how bout the new Nissan (skyline) r35. I simply love the car. As much as i keep loyal to my corolla, i am more loyal to something i do not have. gagagaga.

Some of the testers said 0-60 in 3.3 . 3.3!!! Thats faster than wat Nissan claim to be it acceleration. Maybe its a mistake but how off can they be?

Man i want one, more than any other car. What do u guys think?

I agree. This is the single best car on the market. If I were to buy the car, it wouldn't be for the acceleration, but rather for the extremely advanced traction control system with it's independent variable AWD LSD and AWS system. The LSD is present on both axles and can transfer power not only from side to side, but also diagonally from each corner wheel. This would make it the fastest car in a completely controlled turn. The all wheel steering system which allows the rear wheels to turn a maximum of 15 degrees only strengthens it's cornering capabilities even further. Watching a Skyline traveling at high speed on the highway and changing lanes is amazing. The car doesn't angle into the next lane when it changes lanes. It merely moves over while still staying parallel to the lanes. o_O The 3.3 second acceleration is just an added bonus. It's a smorgasbord of the state of the art technologies just like how each of the previous Skylines have been of their time. I've been and still am surprised how this machine only goes for a ballpark 60k, although the mark up on it would put it well over 100k for sure. That's still the best deal, no matter how much it cost in my book. And that's what I think. LOL :D

Every time i tell ppl about its AWS system, no one believes me. They say i am making up shit. But it truly is amazing. I also read that the whole car generates 170 pounds of down force at high speeds while its closest rival, the 911, can only achieve 69 pounds.

Sadly they are only bringing 1,500 for the first year. And it seems that American nissan dealers will ask as MUCH AS 120,000 for the car. This is a super car and because of its price, i am afraid it will never be considered one in the world of porcshe, lambo, and Ferrari.

God dam thats a hell of a v6 that they make.

Nissan is abandoning their inline 6 and i don't know why. For their GTR racer, they were going to use an inline 6 but have switched to a V8 instead. I bet its cause both engines may weigh the same, and that their is more potential in the v8.

I also like the r34 a bit more than the r35. If i could choose between the two, i'd go with r34 since because of the looks and because its value will raise in the US. And than i could sell it when and if i get bored of it for an r35 as well = ).

I'd still buy a Ferrari 430 Scuderia or a RUF CTR3 over the new skyline. Hiihihi

Whatever happens a Ferrari is still a Ferrari... I don't care if it's not the fastest, heck even a Civic COULD out accelerate a Ferrari. But chicks dig Ferrari's like chocolate bars.

hahaha, the Ferrari 430 Scuderia is truly a nice car. Its elegant and the best part about it, is that it sounds like a symphony. It has a remarkable exhaust note. But the reason i wouldn buy one, is because it attracts so much attention. I wanna be able to park a car on the street and not return to it with people hanging around it. The skyline goes un noticed unless its a true enthusiast, than it isn't as bad.

I'd get a bad boy like that, the day its freqeunet as a corvette.

It still doesn't compare to the new R35. It's been completely reworked. Looks doesn't mean anything unless you can back it up with performance. :)

i'm sure if they worked on the inline 6 longer, they would make it go even faster. inline technically can rev higher and output more power safer and more easily than a V engine. I have yet to hear a successful reliable small V6 producing 1000hp. hehe. One thing I never liked about the skyline was the fact that it looks heavy. it looks like a freakin brick. but on the other hand, it does look nice. I think the new look for the gt-r is growing on me though.

LOL TEST DRIVE BOTH WRX AND EVO. I would be satisfied with an evo. I love the car. Than again i also love the BMW M (off of the Z4). A bit more pricy but around the same area. If i lived in cali i'd get the beemer, but since it rains and snows so much in chicago, evo would do so much better.

I like the new wrx, has more class to it for everyday use. Yet the evo provides many more thrills.

    RECONSIDERRRRR!!!!

I'm getting used with an 02-03 rex in mind. DrunkSaru can show you comparison tests with the new and old WRX with the new and old Evo. Subaru FTW!

LoL, i would buy an evo 6 if i could. Thats one of my favorites. Than an evo 7, 9 or finally an evo 10 in that order. Subaru's are great cars, don't get me wrg. But like i would only buy a subaru legacy or a subaru outback. Those are very good cars.

But i admit i may be biased, for i have only rode in an evo 9. The sound and its need to be driven full out, is wat wins me over.

Evo's are generally faster on the track. especially after modification. The Evo computer helps the car turn much better while you'll almost always see a hint of understeer with a subaru and rarely much of an oversteer unless you don't care about going fast. I also ahve a theory of why evo's are generally cheaper and have cheaper parts. probably because they break down so much more often then the subaru's therefore more people are always looking for more parts. lol. I'm just talking out of my ass there..

I would have to say evo's are like teenagers, agressive, young, and more stylish. Subies in general are more grown up. and if you decide you want a bigger car instead of a impreza, you can go for a legacy and still get awesome performance. cant' really do that with mitsubishi.

Well if u were willing to give the mazada 3 speed the extra boost it needed to be as fast as an evo, i am sure u can the the EVO an extra boost to be as fast as a subie in the straight drag. But in terms of handling, u'r done. BUY THE EVO!!!!!!

I need reliability so an Evo is out of the question. I'm going to go with Subaru. Plus, I love the styling.

Well the reliability thing is true, and the whole young and aggressive part is also true. But hey i am young.

I would like a car that is a monster on the track but than quiets down for the trip home. Thats where my beamer M should come in. But i should probably make the money before i start talking about EVOs or Beamers.
