front driver side brake!!

    front driver side brake!!

    I was driving and I noticed that the front driver side brake is seizing up on me. After a while I can smell the burning from the disc brake and when I look at it, the disc is red hot. What do I need to do? Why is it seizing up??

    The clip holding in the brake pad is probably broken or defective, letting the pad touch the rotor unconditionally.
