im pretty sure its fixable. gettin another OEM bumper would cost u a bunch
just go to a local place to let them fix it up for you.

theres this thing from 'as seen on tv', where like it sucks up the surface of the dip and then sucks it back up, but i dont know if it'll work on your dip

it wont work. i would say heat the area up and slowly push back the dent. Then get some rubbing compound, remove all the crap, sand, prime and paint the bumper, clearcoat, polish and buff...

You can try to use a heatgun or hair blower to heat up the big dent and pop it out from the other side. It's not hard, but you need to take off the bumper first.

I have no idea how to do any of that. What will this run me at a shop in LA? Probably a couple hundred? Sigh....

yeah go to a shop if u cant do it urself, its probably much easier
try getting a quote first at a couple shops first though, so you wont get ripped off.

also, i sugguest cleaning the white stuff (which i think is paint from another car) first before u take it to a shop so they wont charge u extra for cleaning it up. its not that hard, just do some sanding, use clay bars, etc. if u really cant get it off then i guess u need to let them fix that part too. but try getting rid of it urself first.
