They did a TV special tracking down one of these scammers in person. I remember they responded to one of those emails and put money down just to expose them. The traveled over there and met the guy and secretly taped every conversation and videotaped the meetings. At the end, the undercover reporter told them who they were and the guy took off running in the other directions. LOL

The team said that the best way to scam the scammers is to tell them you are interested in their proposition and to tell them you'll meet them somewhere, such as a neighboring country to discuss the issue. They'll fly over there and waste their own money just to realize that you were lying about the whole meeting. Do that enough times to them and they'll think twice before trying to scam others.
