I actually really like the way the blade looks. I would actually consider buying this car if it was in the US and was AWD.

I saw some pics a while back of the new "Blade" coming out in the US for 09 (I believe) to replace the Matrix. It was FUGLY. That one you posted looks great, but the stocker will look NOTHING like it, sadly. :(

It is a V6. Dont worry. Same engine as the Camry. The only difference between TRD and Factory is TRD has a lipkit, different grille, wheels, lowered, swaybars, and exhaust as well as some interior aesthetic components.

It is said to be a replacement of the Matrix and It will in fact be slightly larger than the Matrix as well. Whether it comes in AWD or not, that I don't know and knowing the US, I highly doubt it if it even comes to the US. I love the Auris because it looks great and if you changed some things to it, it would look awesome. The Blade is just Bleh stock but after the TRD components, it looks pretty good. Those are the 2 cars I would like to have. The last car I would consider getting in the Toyota Line right now is the Avalon Touring edition. That car is sweet too. I would also love to have the Lexus GS450h but thats way beyond my price range. My dream car is the current Toyota Crown Hybrid Concept. hehehe

i think the current matrix in the US is the blade. They'll just call it the blade in japan or europe. We're SOL

actually the current matrix was based off the Toyota Will VS which was a bit smaller than the Matrix. They redesigned it and made it bigger to fit big americans. The Blade is larger so its like going from corolla to camry
