The suspension on the XRS might be a bit stiffer due to the power differences but other than that its exactly the same minus the 'S' badge and lip kit.

Actually the front lip kit is the same... it is the same as all 05+ lip kits. 03-04 and 05-07 have different front lip kits.

But yeah... i don't think these guys forgot anything... like mentioned before...

    1ZZ-FE vs 2ZZ-GE
Suspension (Sits slightly lower, OEM KYBs, Rear seat Crossbrace)
Interior (Seats, Door panels, center console & door trim, Electroluminesent Gauge Cluster)
Larger front brakes & Rear Disk
    Tire Pressure Gauge

and the Xrs is a 6 speed manual in which corolla S has auto and 5 speed option, Xrs comes standard with the 5 spoke 16" rims, and of course, the Xrs badge :D

xrs gets into lift just before 6500rpm

some major differences are the color matched grill, much much better seats, interior fabric is much nicer, silver accented interior, gauge cluster, the suspension sits .5in lower and is stiffer, rear cross brace, front strut tower dampner, factory 16s, 4 wheel disc brakes, ABS comes standard, and the only option for a trans is a 6speed manual.

ive bought 2 xrs' and modded them... and worked somewhat extensively on a couple of S and XRS corollas.

oh, and XRS were only produced and sold as '05-'06 models with a production run of roughly 6600 cars total.
