somewhere i heard there is a tool of some kind that can be hooked up to the car to trick the engine into thinking its fine when you have a exhaust that doesnt have a catalytic converter. instead of the engine throwing a check engine light code because of the exhaust it doesnt it thinks everything is ok. i need one cuz my exhaust is throwing a p0420 code and dont say its something else cuz its not its the exhaust not having a cat but yea where can i find this tool??????

never heard of tricking the computer. i've seen many people including myself who have turned off the check engine light because its annoying. but whenever you do that, if something goes wrong, you never know when.
