engine bay: nothing special. i have a 3inch cone filter, and zip ties to hold down the sensors and stop the rattling

1.75 inch diameter cat back pipe. i have no clue why the back half of the piping is oxidizing. ohh yeah, a flowmaster muffler too!

OBX coilovers on stock struts. they ARE NOT!!! I REPEAT, NOT NOT NOT!!! performance at all... if you want handling, get springs. They're cool for show.

coilovers at the highest setting probably with a 1 inch drop or less

coilovers at lowest setting 3-4 inch drop. still comfortable ride but the bottom of the car scratches when you go over speed bumps at the vons or ralphs

    the drop is crazy!
why do you do the 1.75" catback? I think stock is something around 1.8" or 1.9"?
What do you plan to do next? Rim?

Nice! I actually got the same OBX coilovers but I have them on KYB GR2 struts and it rides HARD. I think the struts make a big difference.

No way man, I was told stock was 1.25 inch pipe. aww fudge... I'm going to have to go up in my garage's rafters and pull down the stock pipe and do a pi circuference equation now for the stock diameter.... bleh...

CRAP now I'm not even sure what kind of pipe I have now... I'll post dimensions tomorrow...
I had KYBGR2s with the OBX setup on my AE92 (see the old thread) and that ride was crappy even at top height.... I've been thinking about tokico's and an intrax or tein spring setup in the front only. the rear is super stiff even with the stock struts.

My rims come in this Friday, but the sucky part is UPS doesn't come to my house till the afternoon... I won't be able to mount tires untill Monday Jan 8th.
BUT!!! I don't know how much I'll be able to drop my ride because the wheels are 16"x7" with +40 offset. Tires of course will be 205/40s

No more motegis!!! I'm getting these rota slipstream knockoffs from ebay. the seller claims that they're 15lbs each rim.

but the stock wheel with the tire is 30lbs. I think it's a good upgrade even if with my aftermarket setup the weight is a couple lbs over

wow, that is low. you should go get some mothers metal polish cream at walmart and polish your headers.. it'll make the engine stand out a little more.
