    Tire widening?

I want to buy sport tires, but I want to widen the size to about 215.
what size should I get? and will this rub on my wheel wells or fenders?

    215 will rub. I'd use 205's.

Depends on your offset and the size of the tire side wall.

I was able to run on 215/65/14 on my stock wheels in my ae101.

sorry! I forgot to put in my model hehe!!! its a 2003 Corolla S... pls give me a certain tire size... I just love how the fat 15's look on a lowered corolla.

I used to have 18" VOLK RACING GUNMETAL RIMS before and had to get em sold because it sucked gasoline!!! i got 29 on the freeway on my 215 45 18 KUMHO tires... good thing though, i just bought the rims for $400 including the spare in the Philippines and got it sold to some white dude for $900 with the tires not bad... used it for 1.5 months

    "DIGITS PLEASE" THANKS!!!

IM GOING TO BUY 215 60 VR15 Summer tires whatever brand's worth the money....
and also replace my old OE disc to slotted Performance disc and just keep my HAWK pads. I might also get the $60 Strut Bar from Vibrant... But first, I'll need to spend 2 weeks to burn my rubber to work HEHEHE!!!!

    THANKS!!!!

    03 COROLLA LE & S has 195 65 15s and the CE has the 185 65 15 OE tire size...
They even have 225 40 ZR18s on the TRD Rims for the Corolla my car used to have a 225 45 VR18 wheels&tires before, but I only used it for a month and I didnt try to lock it to the "wells" so I dont know if it actually rubs off... so maybe 215 wont really hurt themselves.

My 205/45/16's rub only when the wheels are turned lock-to-lock. I'm debating getting some 5mm spacers to help out with it.

You might need to roll the fenders... but good luck trying to rent one. The wait on those could be months to years. We should all pool money together and just buy one.
