    i know that there are angel eyes out there already for a 03 rolla, but if some one in here were to make them i would def buy them or the kit how ever they design it. is there any one up for the challenge?

    There's no point. 03+ corollas already have more aftermarket support than the 98-02. More effort should be placed in other areas.

    there's lots of DIYs for this on the web, they basically consist of dremeling slits in a ring plastic, and placing an LED or CCFL somewhere on the ring.
