    headlight problems (help)

    i change(upgrage) the bulb on my '01 Rolla headlight n it burn the socket where you put in the bulb! N i was wonderin is this easy to fix? is it xpensive?? I jus really have no idea??? Need some help guys....thanx.

    i had that problem b4... i suggest go to local junk yard find any toyota that uses 9006 headlights and cut the socket w/ wires... be sure to leave a lot of wires on the socket... i cut mine off a camry...

    uhm, a conversion kit for the corolla to HID would be about $2000. and why are you using 9k? if its for the color then ok but the higher you go doesnt mean that its gonna be brighter. try going with a 6k or 7k. much cheaper and it shouoldnt melt anything
