attaching my 2 way remote antenna to my windshield

stupid question

When I got my two way alarm installed, they placed the antenna in the top driver side corner of my windshield. It was all good for a couple of months until the glue stopped working too well and the antenna would detach from the windshield. After a while this got annoying so I decided to try double sided tape. That worked well till the summer came around and now everyday the antenna will detach again.

I was wondering if anyone knew of something I could use that would mount it to my windshield for good, or at least something that could manage the heat and last at least a year or two, before needing replacement.

rear view mirror adhisive. most car part stores have it its in this little vial really sticky stuff.
