    Buyer Beware: 05WRX!

This post is to report that 05WRX as a bad seller. And that he needs to be stoned.

To start off, I originally paid him $80 in Feb. to get the harness for the power mirrors and battery tie down rod from his post in the SAle forum refering to him trying to part out his 98 Corolla LE. Well, he wanted $20 shipped for the battery tie down (this is a VERY high price I know but I agreed to it cuz I didn't care) and $80 shipped for the tie down rod and the harness to the power mirror. He claims that it would take him a lot of work to get a the power mirror harness out which is BS because he is trying to part the car out anyway so why would he care?! And to get the power harness out all you gotta do is yank on it, the hard part would be for me to install the harness. This is the reason why he claimed to charge me so high a price for it. Well, I really did not mind about the $, and I wanted to a member a price whatever he felt was reasonable. But $80 for this was anything but reasonable!

Well, since I paid $80 shipped for a battery J-hook and a wire harness I expected good service. I was wrong. He took his time in getting me the package. And here is the kicker. When the package arrived, there was no J-hook that I paid $20 for. All that was in the package was the 2 end plugs of the wire harness and a gray painted switch( he did not tell me that his switch was painted and therefore useless) that I can not use cuz it was coated in gray paint (i had to use paint thinner to scrap off that crappy gray paint and it ended up eating through the plastic switch and much of the OEM print has rubbed off). I can honestly say that it does not take a lot of work to cut out the 2 end plugs on the power mirror harness nor to take out the power mirror switch and cut that out with the socket! So yeah, I overpaid for crappy service and items.

Also, what I found odd was that he claimed I needed his switch cuz he claimed mine is broken because mine does not light up at night. Well, his does not either so why he made that statement about his switch lighting up I do not know. He had originally said he wanted me to pay him ASAP because he plan to donate the car to charity soon. What was a contradiction to that statement was that he also stated that he would gimme me anything I needed to finish my power mirror conversion project, but damn the fool won't even respond to me LOL. So my question is how is he going to gimme all the parts I need to finish my project if:
    1) he won't respond to my emails/PMs/or snail mail
    2) donated his car already to charity
    3) did not even gimme everything that I originally paid for?

Here is a link to the photo of what I got for $80 from this loser who won't respond to PM, email or snail mail:

    And the fool's address is:

Basically, this post is to say that people that rip off others in the community suck. I honestly am not that upset about the money I lost, but rather that I hate being taken advantaged of by a member just because I wanted to help a member out by buying his stuff. I mean we have all heard all the talk about how Corolla owners are cheap and will never buy stuff, but when I try to help a member out and do not mind paying a little more for something, I get ripped off. It F-ing sucks.

And I went to Interstate battery and the guy there gave and installed a tie down battery J hook for me for FREE!!!! So thumbs up for Interstate Battery they will forever have my business! Highly recommended.

Thumbs down for 05WRX and I want to punt his nutsack. He needs to give me a $20 refund for the J-hook that Interstate Battery gave me and installed for free. And I am upset that for $80 I got what is in the photo I posted.
