this question is really way too open for an accurate answer. it depends entirely on how you drive. my brakes, for example, appear new - because i don't drive like a maniac. i have a friend with the same car, and she's had to change her brakes twice in the past 3 years.

it depends on how you drive, the roads you travel on, your brake pads, etc.

my sister's 04 accord had some defective front pads and they were gone in about 23,000kms., less than 2yrs.! took it back to dealer and they replaced it under warranty.

On my 2003 Corolla, with VERY heavy brake use at 70-80mph at times, the original front brakes were replaced @ 70,000 miles, and still had a good 10,000 miles left in them at that. If I were REALLY easy-going on them, they'd probably have made it to 90,000 easily.

I did my first brake job at 74,000 miles. The pads had about 50% life left but the rotors were warped.

I live in San Diego. Last time I checked it's a city. I drive about 30k miles a year and so far I change my brakes once. By the way Nocpan.com I used to live in Flatbush.

yes, because you're probably using the brakes too much.
