    7th gen.(93-97) black housing signals.

i cant seem to find any other aftermarket signals , but the clear ones. so i made some to match my HL's and CRNR's , i also treated my side markers too. im thiking about making a couple pair of these , if i get enough people interested , i can get them cheaper , in bulk to convert.

    wow pretty cool.

i would like to see "crystal" clear turn signals! that would be sick. i have been thinking about making some custom ones in the future myself.

i know what your talkin about , the clear lense........ the only problem is the dot issues.
i know that the light source of a auto bulb , brighter than 20w must be distorted through a type of ray diffusing lense. this does not apply to parking lights , simply cause most are only 5-10w. im thinking off adding 194 sockets , to be wired in w/ corner lights to put in the signal , so that the signal also acts as a parking light and has a brighter bulb for the flashers . w/ 2 different bulbs , this can be achieved without having to mess with 2 prong sockets , and messin w/ the factory bulb socket.

as for the euro lense , i think you could probably put the clear plexi glass on the outer part of the lense , where i have the reflector on mine , but to stay legal you would have to leave the "diffuser" lense over the bulb part of it.

i don't think you would get in trouble with the law if you make a custom turn signal with the brighter bulb that isn't diffused.

i guess you just won't see them being sold to the general public for that reason.
