    DRL for 93-97

SO... I took out my glove box, snipped the wire that needs to be disconnected (i'll post a DIY later... maybe, read on).
No problem, turned the DRL's off, headlights (low and high) still woek.
So I got to it, putting in a switch where I want, wire it all up, plug everything back together, double check everything. start the car with the switch off - no drl (With everything else fine). turn the switch on... no DRL still (oh oh!)
So I take out the switch, put the original wires back in place to test whats up.. still no DRL.

Now I am lost, in the original configuration, the DRL's are still not working.
As of right now, I am going to reset the ECU for about half an hour (everything in "stock" configuration right now for the DRL's) - then give it another shot.
IF that doesnt work, anyone have some ideas?

Re-edited post. so i guess this is a bump.

I should also note that with the DRL completely disconnected (no harness), the DRLs and low beams dont work, but with it connected (and still the DRL's not working for whatever reason) the low beams DO work

I'll post a DIY on it later, as soon as I get everything figured out.
I owe some thanks to some people for getting me some info.
Dont remember what the number is, dont have my manual around right now.

    Alright, fixed the problem.
OK, heres what the problem was... DUH! guess who had the e-brake on (from when I removed the centre console piece to put in the switch). damn was that stupid.
Everything checked out, so put it back on and everythings good.
I'll start working on the DIY in a couple minutes, soon as my camera finishing uploading 500mb of pictures (I've been neglecting to upload them!)

    EDIT:

    Here's the DRL DIY

Only the Canadian ones for 93-97 have them (all cars in Canada are supposed to ... or something like that)
If you have a US model, then you dont have DRL's (hence why I had to write a DIY for it ... cause practically no one has them that wants them off, so there was little to no information out there).
