Hm... looks like something I could make if I had a way to transfer the bezel image to a computer and size it to scale. I've got brushed aluminum plastic that could be cut on a laser.

Unless you are looking for the abstract art paint job not it won't, it'll look like crap, all uneven.

No. That would not work. Trust me. Your best bet is eBay. I know they keep expanding their lineup of aluminum cluster faces and some look pretty good. Recently came out with one that includes the aluminum face like in the picture above, but also, it comes with chrome bezels for the the gauges like BMW M cars have. It looks pretty hot in my opinion.

you can sometimes buy thin sheets of aluminium, you'd have to get it cut though to ur gauge design...

if you have a dremel and a very steady hand, you could do it with that

It's an interesting idea. May work if you wait for it to dry halfway and then use a wire brush, but you've gotta be an artist! Who knows if it would turn out good enough.

You can buy brushed aluminum vinyl. I don't carry any, but I may be able to get it. You shoul call around some sign and graphics shops and ask if they have any brushed aluminum look vinyl for sale. You'll probably get lucky. They shouldn't charge you anymore than $10. You don't need alot. If it were me I would just give it to you!

The vinyl sounds like it might be doable. I think that if you start out with aluminum, it may be easy to get that brushed look, because metal's properties make it react that way. Just grab some sand paper and go to work. I sanded my steelies down before I painted them and when I got down to the bare metal, they definitely had a brushed look to them.

Either method would probably work, but I guess I like to go for authenticity.

BTW, here's a link to what I was talking about in my above post.
