the thing is, the way i want to do it the foam will be left under the fibeglass. but it would probebly still work with tape. now i need to figure out what foam is the best.

im planing on fiberglassing some projector fogs into my bumper. i wanted to use some sort of foam to carve into the shape i need, then put the fiberglass right ontop of the foam. what i was wondering is if the resin will disolve the foam?

actually it will be absorbed by the foam, my suggestion is to tape the foam completely then lay your fiberglass so when you take out your mold, the fiberglass is attached to the tape which is easier to remove.
