    Bilstein for corolla??

Hey guys..seems like Tokico Blue is the only choice for good aftermarket struts..some say KYB but Im pretty sure KYB is what COMES on the car (02 prism/rolla)..anyways..saw an ebay ad for bilstein for less $$ than tokicos..anyone have those? From what I understand... Bilstein comes on the most expensive cars like BMWs and are the BEST you can buy? Strangely enough on the website Bilstein doesnt list an application for corollas though...anyone have Bilsteins??I hate the way my car rides now..

Koni or Ohlins would be best.

On backorder till September....no wait cross that out. I was looking at Bilstein, not Koni. I don't see Koni listed for 93-02 rollas...are they only for 03+?

I do see Tokico, KYB, and Bilstein though. What is the difference (technology / manufacturing process) btwn Tokico HP and Bilstein touring class struts?

Does anyone knows if KYB makes the AGX for the 93-97 or 98-02?

Koni's are only inserts. You cut the top off your stock strut, then insert the koni inside.

I've installed inserts before, its not all that hard all you need is a drill and a grinder fitted with a dimond tip blade (or any other cutting tool) and I believe many of the more performance oriented shops do as well. If you need a tutorial check out ae92gts.com

I have Bilsteins installed on my 93/97 and I have APEX Springs. It is the absolute best ride in the world. I used to have tokico's, kyb's, you name it, i had it! For the best bang for your buck, I recommend the bilsteins. The come in a black color and are well worth the money, just ask vamp he rode in my car and said they kicked ass compared to tokico blues, or kyb greys(trd copys).
