    Help on corner light

I was trying to connect my M3 LED light to my corner light, however, as I was connecting it, both my signal lights stopped working.. what did I do wrong?? Did I blowed the fuse?

    -----
nvm, I just checked and replaced the fuse, and since the emergency light is working, so it cannot be the problem w/ the fuse...but both signal lights still not working

    btw..I have a 01 Corolla LE

If you where playing with wires and all of a sudden both lights don't work, then yes, it's most likely the fuse.

I had a problem with the when I was hooking up the load resistors for my led bulbs. The hazzards worked but the turn signals by themselves did not work. Two different fuses my friend.

Did you splice the wires or just tap into them?

Nope.. I bought it from Ebay, the only instruction there is how to connect the power mirror. Well, I sent an e-mail to the seller, and hopefully he/she will response back. meanwhile, I guess I just wait....don't wanna blow another fuse...lolz...

Anyway, Thanks again for u help!

Just wondering, for u guyz who have the M3 mirror w/ LED, how and where(I'm trying to connect the wires near the signal light, but is there any better place to connect to signal light?) did u connect it to ur signal light?? I read some of the posts about how to connect it together, but it didn't work out.

My mirror have three wires(white, blue, black) and my signal light have three wires too(Green w/black stripe, Green, white w/black stripe)

It's actually pretty standard, as with most wires, the black is the ground, the white wire is for your amber LED's, and the blue wire is for the Blue LED's, just ground the black wire to a common ground, I believe there is already one right behind the kick panels in the front, and then run the white wire out to the turn signal for the amber lights to work, or the bluw wire for the blue lights to work.

UHH I'm not 100% sure, but im pretty sure that one of those is wired to the parking lights. If your grounding the mirrors at the same spot as the turn signals, then you should only need to run that and the the blue/amber wire out, and if you ground the mirror inside the car, you should only need to run the blue/amber wire out, so in any case you should have more than two wires running to the signals. Now just based on what your previous message said, I'm interpreting it as your blue LED's are on all the time? If so, it's because you wired them up to the parking lights, in which case no you couldn't make them on only when your parked, without a switch.
