    They got screwed. That's what they got for not listening. I want to post there to talk a few about that too, but I just dont want to register there and make one post.

    From one of the post, they said there is a xbtunerz.com opening too. I hope they dont get screwed as well.

    i'd posted something like that in a car community on Livejournal, and 6 months after i'd made my post, someone anonymous came in and had a comment defending him.

    oh well. if they don't listen, it's their fault...let that be a lesson to them.

    oh boy.

    he screwed over a lot of people...took their money but never gave them their products, etc. there are a handful who were successful in getting what they paid for, but they are in the vast minority.

    he goes from community to community in the import family and successfully screws over each one.

    The threats with the lawyers may help, but the BBB threats wont get him to move. The BBB has NO ENFORCEMENT power....and once you have a bad rating from them, another complaint on the record doesnt mean anything.

    I'm curious, has anyone tried to file a class action lawsuit against Duwayne? And does anyone know his home address/phone number etc? If so, why hasn't it been posted and stickied on message boards?

    Seriously... is it that hard to find info about the guy? You're sending him money yet no one seems to take action... why not?

    I'd try to put his ass in jail if he did that to me... either that or wind up in jail myself... and him in the hospital.

    On ClubSciontc.com, i warned them a while ago about him. I even stated this in his own thread that he created there. He not once tried defending himself when I would mention what he did. Eventually my posts were deleted and I warned the admin and mod that he is up to no good. they said they'd look into it. I told him what would happen and about a few months down the road, tCTunerz.com is on their "Buyer Beware" list. Then people started creating threads about not getting their stuff. One guy even sent a money order(s) for a turbo kit that cost 3700.00. homeboy never got the kit (surprise surprise).

    People just never listen. I can tell you this much, if I was on a message board and read abotu this guy ripping people off, then I would definately not buy from him. no point in taking chances.

    OH and i forgot to mention that he now has a 16yr old kid working for his customer service dept?!?! wtf?!
