**RANT** Bad E-bay member. Heads Up

automotive_innovations is the worst e-bayer I have ever delt with. Try to avoid him at all costs!!

    The Story:

I ordered a cluster with tach on June 19th (asked for a tracking #) , waited 2 weeks and contacted him asking where my item was. He told me that some packages were returned to him because the labels "fell off." ( come on what bs is that right?) Anyway, I waited another 2 weeks after he told me it shipped out 1st week of july. Contacted him again and was told it would arrive, "according to the tracking number" (which I never received), on the 15th or 18th. By then 30 days past since I paid and this jerk keeps giving me the run around, so I said screw it left him bad feedback and filed it with paypal. Then he has the nerve to leave me nasty feedback saying im lying it was delivered, yada yada. Then on the 22nd it arrives well over 4 WEEKS later. So I send him an email saying its finally here and thanks, and telling him I canceled my paypal complaint. Then this wanker comes back and leaves me followup feedback saying paypal dropped the case because I was trying to cheat him. I mean come on grow some balls and accept that you f-ed up and don't be such a dick.

Then on top of it the cover is cracked and only one of the mounting tabs is still attached.

Anyway I would strongly reccomend not dealing with him.
    He is ebay member automotive_innovations
His e mail is automotive_innovation@yahoo.com if anyone wants to tell him what a looser he is.

that's another good idea, but sometimes the stuff you want can only be found with people who have some negative feedback.

i guess a good idea would be to check the NUMBER of negatives, and what exactly those users have said...as well as the seller's response to them. check how often they sell, and how frequently.

I have like 98.6 % because these two pricks left me neg..and THEY were the sellers. So you should look at the feedback before making judgements like that. One guy was kicked off of ebay...on both occasions I paypaled the money right away but the items were NOT as described..so the jerks left ME negative when I left them nuetral.

Think about it, when you buy or sell something, you are totally at the mercy of some dip**it that you dont know. They can give you negative for no reason at all, and you cant do ANYTHING about it. These losers usually just get another ebay identity..its not the greatest system...its at a point now even if a seller is really crappy and their product/service SUCKS I wont give them negative or even nuetral because they will just turn around and do the same to me! Its not fair to ppl who are in it long term...

My first and quite likely last eBay purchase almost resulted in a negative feedback on ME! I clicked yes to the commitment to purchase and then went on to the credit card info page etc...then only to find out that PayPal denied my international credit card! I quickly called the seller's 1-800 number and explained the situation and concluded the purchase there. Days later I'm getting all sorts of emails sayign I am to pay immediately. I send several replies to the seller reminding him of who I was. That wasn't enough. He got eBay on my tail! It was sorted out at that level and he gave me a positive feedback. It's too much drama and crap on there. Like a fish-market. Amazon has an automotive section now which I hope the rif-raf will stay away from.
