SuperCharger with DIY SRI no engine light

    Hello peoples,
My newest Invention for the intake without hurting your guys O2 Sensor and Cat, no cause S/C over heat.. :p
    it's DIY,
1.first you need to have a 99 Camry SRI from ebay,Cut 2 side of the Curve.
2.buy 2 feet long of Raditor x3 Hose for Truck only.
3.cut 2 pice of hose each with 3 inch long.
    4.cut 1 piece with 5 inch long.
5.Make 2 hole, one for the air tube other for AMF sensore.
    6.buy a ruber mandran bend 90 degree tube about 2.0 or 2.25
7.using the air cone for the camry SRI.
    8.go homedepot buy a 3 to 2 inch Hose.

Direction install, I will post the picture soon.
1.place the 90 degrees mandran bend Tube and using the hose connect tube and Throttle body.
2.connect the bottom camry bend ( the 2 bend you cut out from Camry SRI).
with 2 or 2.25 inch tube together.
    3. using the 5 inch long hose, connect with other bend tube from Camry SRI.
    4. insert the cone.
5.disconnect battery for 3 mins by holding the break...
6.connect the battery back and let it run 15 mins idel
Notice"if you have Gauge it's better cause you need to be around 20 to 22 at vaccum"
your rpm will be around 1k and 750rpm.
7.shut off your car, for 2 mins after 15 mins idel.. and starting drive around, and stop the car 3 times, make sure is more than 3 keys cycle.
    (ECU need to remaping).
    8. you are done. runing 9 psi all the time... from 3750rpm to 6100rpm, (Don't over rpm the engine, cause will cause damage engine internal parts)

Glad I'm not the only one... I read, and reread, "direction install" over and over again, and looked at it this way and that, and I, too, couldn't find anything to do with a supercharger... no turbines, no belts/pulleys, no blowoff valves, nothing...

Maybe this "supercharger" is along similar lines of the Mattel Raw Power: [IMG]

Well, first you have to go to ebay and get 78 Plymouth ATF, then get some mandran bent tubing (remember: don't skimp and get mandrel bent tubing, we're going for 100% genuine mandran bent tubing), and cut a few holes in it, then hold the break (or maybe the brake, it's not as critical), then when you're done you'll be set.

    Or something.

I'd post pictures but it's hard to take a picture of an invisible supercharger that you don't actually hook up anywhere in the first place-- besides, all the hoses will make it hard to see in the picture.

    Again,
one pipe is 2 3/8 about 14 inch long, cut into 2 , one is 8 inch other is 6 inch.
two 90 degress Mandrel Bend pipes, 2 3/8
    you can buy in there

    http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/...101&sku=mandrel

1 short ramp Camry intake 99( don't need no more)
1 feet long of 3 inch Radiator hose
    7 T-Clamp
    1 cone -Fliter
    -------------------
    1) cutout 1 feet long hose into 4 section, (make sure, make one the longest you need to make hole and insert the MAF)
2)attach first hose you just cut out to Throttle Body
3)attach first 90 degress bend in to the hose and tigh with 2 T-Clamps
(make sure the other opening is face toward firewall)
    4) place the hose on the other opening , connection the 8 inch pipe.
connect them with T Clamp again.
5). connect other ending with other hose and connection with other mandrel bend, behind the battery , where other opening facing driver fender.
6). make the hole on the Hose about 1.5m so you can place MAF into it.
7). make a hole on the 6 inch pipe , and weld the nipple so you can insert the air tube to it..
8.) connect the end with a filter
9.) connect back the neg(-) terminal to the battery, let the engine run idle for 15 mins max, and shut off for 2 mins and drive around.
    10) you done. sorry about the grammer, I was rushing into it... :p
hope this help your guys out.
Reminder max pipe size 2 3/8, if over you will ran lean..... I prefering 2.0 good luck...
Basicaly I'm try to conver the AEM SRI in to mini size to fool with air flow sensor.

TRD SuperChagered is cheapest design for the TRD, cause all them using is 5th injector to cold down the engine and dump the fuel into engine, but not using the all 4th injector from the engine. if you guys do the ECU change you don't need water injection to cool down the Engine and that stupid 5th injector to cool down, also by doing ecu tune you can put out the max power from the engine and the supercharger.TRD want to save money, don't feel broken part due to warranty, that is why you not allow to using stupid CAI thanks to TRD cheap Design.... so far I know a shop sale ours ECU i will post more detail about it.... well now, either you DIY the intake to smaller size or Water injection for now will work about 30% of the S/C power. (getting information someone working in TRD and engineering from TRD japan)

Are you typing with your eyes closed??? Or are you using some foreign person to translate for you? Perhaps a helper monkey? Seriously, reading everything you wrote in this thread is making me angry. Learn to write, and then be waaaaay more specific when trying to get your point across. People will respond to what you have to say a lot better.

And if I read it out loud with Groundskeeper Willie's voice (and adding "lad", etc as appropriate), it becomes even funnier!

whatever, he's sharing some info that he discovered by himself on how to put an SRI on the trd supercharger for zze130s. good work though, with pictures i'm sure a few of those steps will make more sense.
