I am going to put on some 17" alloy wheels on my 03 corolla soon. How much torque should I put on the lug nuts when i bolt them on? 80, 100, 120???

80lbs buddy. you dont have a truck that pertain about 100+ ft/lbs. most all passenger cars are about 80.

Yeah 80 is cool. I've had my 17s torqued to 80 since they were new with no problems.

80lbs of torque, thats the official recommendation, stock or aftermarket.. just remember to retorque your wheels after a couple of hundred miles though.. 100 lbs goes to a lot of trucks and most GM vehicles.

::scratches his head:: still trying to figure out where phillipguru got 72-76...
